Ebook disaster

As an ebook this is incredibly difficult to navigate. With no page numbers and no table of contents it is impossible to use this book as a resource. It was a required book from class but I've ended up borrowing a classmate's paper copy and never using my kindle edition because it is impossible to read. I'd return it if I could.

This book will be most useful to those who have had Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools training. My copy is already dog-eared and colorfully highlighted. As an instructional coach, this book is my bible of facilitating productive meetings, working through conflict, and putting a spotlight on toxic meeting behaviors. I couldn't live without this book! The best part is the last section in which meeting protocols are named and clarified with possible extensions and adaptations.
